Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the Invoice+ website, accounts and software licenses supplied by Enfuego Tech Store, a proprietorship at Below Vanapa Hall, A-132 Vaivakawn Road, Aizawl, Mizoram 796001, India (GSTIN 15EZAPR6687D1Z1).

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to purchase a license. If buying for a business, you must be authorised to act for it. Provide accurate contact and billing information, protect your password and report unauthorised access promptly.

License

Invoice+ is licensed for lifetime use on one activated computer for a one-time purchase. Windows and macOS are supported. Free Invoice+ product updates are included. The license is not a subscription and has no recurring renewal fee. Internet access is required for initial activation and license validation at least once every 365 days. If validation is overdue, reconnect to validate the license and restore licensed access.

You may not share, resell or distribute your license key, bypass activation limits or make unauthorised copies of the software. Contact support if you need help moving to a replacement computer. Purchase grants a right to use the software; intellectual property remains with Enfuego Tech Store or its licensors.

Price and payment

The current one-time checkout total is ₹9,999.00 in Indian Rupees. The total shown before payment governs your purchase. We do not add a recurring charge. Payments are processed by Cashfree; a checkout return or payment screenshot alone does not establish payment. A license is issued after successful payment is verified.

Prices may change for future purchases. If an order cannot be supplied after successful payment, contact us for resolution or a refund under our cancellation and refund policy.

Delivery and support

License keys appear in your account after payment confirmation and are also emailed to your registered address. Download and install the software separately. See our digital delivery policy. Support is available through our contact page.

Business records and acceptable use

You are responsible for your invoices, tax calculations, business records and backups, and for checking their accuracy and suitability for your obligations. Do not use the website or software for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorised access or disruption. We may restrict accounts or revoke licenses when reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security incidents or legal requirements.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to provide working software and license services. Availability can be affected by maintenance, internet connections, devices, payment networks or events outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, changes and disputes

Our privacy policy explains how we use account and transaction information. Updated terms are published here; the purchase terms recorded at checkout remain associated with that order. Indian law applies, with courts in Aizawl, Mizoram having jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
